I purchased a pre-owned FX35 from Flemington Infiniti and had a great experience. This was my first interaction with this dealer. Alex Mayer was great! I came prepared having researched the trade-in value of my car and the fair purchase price of the FX35 and asked that we get to the bottom line numbers as I am a frequent car buyer. Alex and his management were great in this regard and came back with a fair price right away. All the numbers were reasonable and I drove the car home that afternoon. Although I cannot remember the business manager's name, he was also very helpful, personable, and straight forward. This was definately a fantastic car buying experience and I would recommend Alex and Flemington Infiniti to anyone. More

As I entered the dealership show room I was greeted immediately by several eager salespersons, ultimately Alex Mayer got my attention. Alex took me on a test drive, on the highway and back road to demonstrate the smoothness of the ride. We went over vehicle operations until I was satisfied that I fully understood the many features. When we began to discussed the purchase price Alex informed me of the benefits of being a return customer which help to finalize the deal. Although car buying is not considered by most to be a pleasant experience. I was more than satisfied with Flemington Infiniti and salesman Alex Mayer. More

I started doing a little bit of research online searching for my new vehicle. I am a person who does a lot of research before purchasing and like any consumer, I want the best price. I stopped in just to check the vehicle that I had inquired about because I had a few questions. I was immediately greeted by Howard, the Pre-Owned Manager. He talked to me a little bit about the vehicle and took me outside to see it. He then referred me to Alex, who took me out on the test drive and was fantastic. He explained everything to me about the vehicle inside and out. He always along the ride asked me if I had any questions as well which was great. We got back to the dealership and he showed me all the vehicle's service, where it had came from, and the car fax. He showed me all these things before we even discussed price, which to me is excellent service. Howard and Alex worked with me on my trade in as well as the finally selling price of the vehicle. They made me feel like I was doing this from home. We both agreed on price and I did not feel like I was walking out of there and they were trying to get every penny out of me. David, the F&I guy was great as well with finding me the best financing to going over the paperwork detail to detail to make sure I understood everything. Steve, the Sales Manager would always make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. Michael, who did the delivery of the car made sure to connect my phone, as well as ensure I understand all the technology the car came with and what I should take advantage of. My overall experience here was fantastic and everyone worked as a team to make sure I was good through the process as well as when I had received the car. No one was working against each other like I have seen before at other dealership. I will be referring anyone who wants to buy an Infiniti to Flemington. More
