Based on a recommendation from a friend, we specifically requested Dave Younan to assist us in showing us the Q60. Upon moving forward with a strong interest in purchasing the car, Dave introduced us to sales representative, Allan Conklin. Although fairly new to the company, Allan was exceptionally knowledgable when informing us about the car during a test drive. He was professional, friendly and extremely intent on follow up (without being pushy!) We did shop other brands of cars as well as Infiniti dealerships and were very pleased when Flemington Infiniti matched a lower quote, and enabled us to purchase the car where we started. Other than a small glitch with the insurance company (their fault), the whole process of picking up the car was extremely smooth and it made this exciting purchase a very pleasant one. My leased car was being turned into Flemington Infiniti and it wasn't ready the day we were picking up the new car. Two days later Allan came to my house to pick up the car, relieving me the hassle of driving back to Flemington. Customer service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly Dave and Allan to anyone. More

Although I cannot remember the business manager's name, he was also very helpful, personable, and straight forward. As I entered the dealership show room I was greeted immediately by several eager salespersons, ultimately Alex Mayer got my attention. Alex took me on a test drive, on the highway and back road to demonstrate the smoothness of the ride. We went over vehicle operations until I was satisfied that I fully understood the many features. When we began to discussed the purchase price Alex informed me of the benefits of being a return customer which help to finalize the deal.
