I arrived at 10:30 am for a battery check with corroded post, I was told it was the post that needed to be changed because battery tested good, I was charged $129.00 for connectors that only cost $18.99 on post, I was told it was the post that needed to be changed because battery tested good, I was charged $129.00 for connectors that only cost $18.99 on Amozon. Only to be told car still wouldn't start and now we made a mistake because now the battery is test faulty and I needed a new battery total ending up being $447.94. If it was the battery we could have just cleaned the connector but because of the order in which I was given the problem, I feel like you did that order to get more money out of me. I'm happy my car is running fine but this is why I dread coming to the dealership. So I'm not happy at all. The connector price of $129.00 should've been taken off because of the mechanics error. I bring my car there all the time and don't feel I was treated as a valued customer just another $ opportunity. More

My qx50 was serviced here and the waiting room was extremely crowded. I never received any updates on the vehicle I had to call to find out what the status was the next day. The car was half cleaned after the repairs were done then I was given my keys to go get my car out of the lot myself when they use to pull your car around to the front for you…This is not the Infinity dealership that I’m used to. No luxury treatment any longer Very disappointed.. I will be looking for another location that isn’t so crowded and overwhelming. More
