This dealership has taken advantage of my mother terribly, using bait and switch type tactics and every upsell possible. Upon leaving the dealership she was so confused she was even unaware of what terribly, using bait and switch type tactics and every upsell possible. Upon leaving the dealership she was so confused she was even unaware of what her monthly payment would be. Upon my discovery, I immediately contacted the owner Mr. Mike Abraham and he advised he would do nothing since there's no 3day recision laws in Ohio. What a nice guy, its so enraging I've contacted an attorney and am pursuing a civil case. More
