JJ Hill (service advisor with no experience) was very rude on the phone and non accommodating to getting my sons car in for an oil change. The reason for the light in the vehicle is to let the driver kno rude on the phone and non accommodating to getting my sons car in for an oil change. The reason for the light in the vehicle is to let the driver know the car needs to be serviced which is when you call. The car only has 12,000 miles on it. He proceeded to tell me that you should know before when to get the car serviced. I mean any person would know there is a reason for the light to come on. I have been getting my vehicles serviced now for 25 years now and never had an issue. I NEVER right a review ever but he hung up the phone on me which is not great customer service and he doesn’t have kids who drive so he really has no clue. I think maybe he needs a lesson on how to speak to customers and maybe get some more education on cars. Cause clearly he has none. I get you are understaffed. Very professional, I called today as a follow up and spoke with JJ. I received an email today stating there was still an open recall on my vehicle that I thought was taken care of on December 22. JJ ass spoke with JJ. I received an email today stating there was still an open recall on my vehicle that I thought was taken care of on December 22. JJ assured me that the issue was resolved on my visit and that no further action was needed. More
