Appointment for 1 PM for an update in the computer, which is like an iPhone update letter from Hyundai stated it would be about a half an hour service tech told me it would be an hour and a half to two hour is like an iPhone update letter from Hyundai stated it would be about a half an hour service tech told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours I asked to talk to the service manager, Charlie he stated that there was nothing to be done that the update could take longer. He did not do anything. I called the corporate customer service and after about 45 minutes on the phone, they stated that my car should be done in about 20 minutes car done little over hr it seems like their feedback of any negative reports are to talk to them while I did talk to Charlie the service manager and he did nothing wouldn’t you be upset knowing that you were only gonna get paid half an hour from Hyundai for the service and you were taking an hour and a half to two hours for it also they Worker that I seen in your office when I went in was walking around when I was on the phone with the corporate and I believe that he told you what I was doing, and you brought the car in ASAP you had a chance to help me, but you saw fit. Not to do anything don’t think you take your feedback serious. If so, you would’ve done something for me as a manager. I feel you were very unprofessional and your attitude rubs off on your people.
