We traveled to SC for the purpose of car shopping with our son, who is serving with the US Navy in Charleston. Hendrick Hyundai North was our first stop early on Saturday morning. We were greeted by Jesse our son, who is serving with the US Navy in Charleston. Hendrick Hyundai North was our first stop early on Saturday morning. We were greeted by Jesse Jennings. He was very friendly, honest and straight forward with us. Since this was our first stop, my son wanted to look around some more before making a decision. Jesse was very understanding of this and did all he could to "sell" the Hyundai without being overly pushy and "in our face". Throughout the day, we visited MANY dealerships and each time we spoke with a salesman and then pulled away from the dealership, we commented that the salesman had not even come close to being as nice as Jesse. When the decision was made to purchase the first car we had test drove that morning, we returned to Hendrick Hyundai and were immediately greeted. Jesse was completing another sale at the time so he introduced us to Bernie Boettcher, who finalized the deal and completed the paperwork. Bernie was also great, friendly and we shared a lot of laughs as we signed the papers. Bernie has been great to follow up with our son after the sale and make him feel at home in the Charleston area. He has gone above and beyond to not only "sell a car" but to make sure that all the details have been taken care of and that things were going good with my son. Because we were from out of state, the paperwork was a confusing mess but Gene Burkett and the business office staff worked with our state and got all the details worked out for us. If we didn't have many paperwork issues from our home state, we would definitely buy another car from this dealership and from Jesse and Bernie. I HIGHLY recommend Hendrick Hyundai North and Jesse and Bernie. More

I quoted my car with at least 8 different dealers in 4 states before finally settling on Hendricks Hyundai (despite the fact I had an offer of $1,000 less from another dealer. This was partly because of proximity and convenience (Hendricks Hyundai is located about 12 minutes away from my place); but the major reason was their professionalism and excellent customer service. They made it known they wanted my business without being pushy or overly agressive. And the experience when I finally went to close on the deal was fantastic. Sandy was great in answering all my questions and showing me the in's and out's of my new car. Sal was superior salesman. He finally convinced me to go with Hendricks after a 10 min conversation with him on his way home (without even trying). Chris was very responsive and answered my questions promptly. Overall a very pleasant experience! More
