Over the course of many years, which is 73 to be exact, I have purchased numerous vehicles. In all honesty, I have never had the experience in meeting anyone quite like my sales person, Shawn Couch, before. have purchased numerous vehicles. Shawn explained every step in the purchasing process before it even happened. This was something no other sales person had ever done for me before. Even when I was signing the paperwork, prior to signing a single document, Shawn explained it and made certain that I understood before asking me to sign. Again, this was something I had never experienced before in purchasing a vehicle. Prior to leaving in my new Sonata, Shawn showed me how to use all of the "bells & whistles." With him showing me how to use all of the features, it probably took a little longer than normal, since I was not accustomed to so many features. However, prior to driving off, Shawn really impressed me with a final statement that I've never heard before when he stated, "My service to you doesn't end with you driving off, it just begun!" Since the day of my purchase, Shawn has called me several times to check in on me. We have corresponded back and forth via email. He has sent me a "Thank You" card, and two personal letters. To me, and in my eyes, Shawn Couch is a heck of a lot more than just a sales person, and Hendrick Hyundai North should be proud to have Shawn as an employee. Not only is he great during the sales process, but his after the sale customer care definitely exceeds any and all expectations. More

Made several inquiries about a used 2002 Saturn, was told as lates as 11 am that the car was available. I wasted one hour of work, my gas and time getting up to the dealership only to be lied to and told th as lates as 11 am that the car was available.
