I originally came in to have my car serviced. I always bring my car to Hyundai North for service due to the outstanding service I receive. I have been making some inquiries online for the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle and I give great Kudos to Felicia Hardee and Chris Hayward for their quick response and professionalism. I had mentioned to Chris that I would be there today and he took the time to meet me before going to his morning meeting. He then turn me over to Shawn Couch who was also very professional and was very patient with me answering all my questions and showing me the vehicles I was interested in. In addition, he took the time to carefully explain in detail everything that was available to me. He was a very positive influence as to why I decided to go ahead and purchase my new vehicle. After I made my decision, he took the time to set everything up for me up until the time I left. Shawn is a credit to Hendricks Team! We appreciated not being "hunted down" on the lot. It was pleasant to walk the lot and discuss our likes and dislikes together without the salesman guiding us. Mike Vining came out to us at the lot. He introduced himself, and offered his help to answer any questions we had. After talking ,and looking for a good while, we had decided to get the Sonata Hybrid, so Mike helped us with all the sales stuff that needs to be completed. Our experience on this sale was probably the best we have ever experienced. Mike was new to selling cars, but his knowledge of the Sonata was amazing. If we asked a question he couldn't answer, he made an effort to get the answer quickly. The whole dealership was friendly, courteous, and quick. Brian Gould was knowledgeable, and efficient while completing the Finance end of the deal. Al Pasquino was very friendly and offered a lot of suggestions to help us get the most from our car. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better car shopping/buying experience. I'll definatly send friends to Hendrick Hyundai for their car needs. More
