Extended tire warranty not taken So I purchased a 2016 Hyundai last September and with it I purchased the extended tire warranty/road hazard. My 2016 Hyundai has 27k miles on it and w So I purchased a 2016 Hyundai last September and with it I purchased the extended tire warranty/road hazard. My 2016 Hyundai has 27k miles on it and when I recently brought my car in to complain about 2 things, during every oil change, my tires were never rotated ( The front tires were always in the front, I marked the inside with a red paint marker, and that after 27k miles the tires had chunks of rubber missing from them). When I went in, I spoke to Chad, who is by far the nicest service Advisor but he told me that I haven't had my tires aligned at Hyundai. I guess when a dealership sells you an extra warranty they should explain the conditions so that everything is known. I just spent $430 for new tires because my 2 front tires were completely bald (2/32nds) and my rear tires were at (5/32nds). I realize the road hazard has stipulations and is a very minimal cost but why should I have to continue to pay for it if I A. Don't have the factory tyres anymore, B. The factory tyres weren't replaced by road hazard. There is only 2 people at this dealership which I can say I trust, Chad in Service and Fred in Finance. More

Steve asked some questions and honestly and quickly got to the most important point, how much and exactly what I'd be getting for my money. Since I'm not a wealthy person in search of an expensive luxury car, I appreciate the practical approach. Tell me about the warranty and safety features, what my payments will be, gas mileage, etc. and how this will meet my individual needs on a budget. I was absolutely wonderful not to go through that ridiculous "let me talk to my manager" routine. Aaron in the Finance Department was also excellent. Considering how busy this dealership is, I think they deliver the best prices and service available. More

Tuscon purchase I had gone into the Hyundai dealership with no intention of purchasing/leasing a vehicle on that day until Chad won me over with the Tuscon. He thorou I had gone into the Hyundai dealership with no intention of purchasing/leasing a vehicle on that day until Chad won me over with the Tuscon. He thoroughly explained all of the features, how to use them, and what sets the Tuscon (and Hyundai) above the rest -- not only that, but all of my needs were taken into consideration. He did not show me a vehicle that I didn't want to buy -- which means he listened to me. I've had a lot of dealership experiences, and this was by far the most satisfactory. My experience here with the staff was wonderful, and all questions asked were answered professionally and thoroughly. Thank you for giving me such an amazing experience for my first lease -- I'm loving my Tuscon! More

2017 Hyundai Tuscon I am 23 years old and had just graduated college the day before going into Hyundai of NPR. Much to my dismay I had to purchase a new vehicle because t I am 23 years old and had just graduated college the day before going into Hyundai of NPR. Much to my dismay I had to purchase a new vehicle because the one I had since I was sixteen years old had seen better days. I was extremely nervous to shop around for a new car because I have never had to go through a process like this before. Also, I know close to nothing about cars/buying a car other than the unfortunate stereotype that can sometimes follow car salesmen. I have recently just started in my profession as well and I knew this was going to be a big purchase. All of these instances added up to a feelings of extreme anxiety. Lucky for me Hyundai of NPR was the first stop of the day and after leaving there and shopping at other dealerships in the area, I knew I would be buying a Hyundai. Ben and Sean made me feel right at home and very comfortable and I cannot thank them and Hyundai of NPR enough for the positive experience. Today, I am enjoying my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon and have found a dealership who takes care of their customers! More
