Extremely unhappy and misled. I am disappointed that I was unable to receive the title for my car so I could license it. I was told that there might be a second set of keys and tha I am disappointed that I was unable to receive the title for my car so I could license it. I was told that there might be a second set of keys and that the salesman would check. I was told that if there wasn’t a second set then I would be provided with a second set. 4 days later, I finally received a response and was told that after I received the title, I would be set up with an appointment on an unknown Monday to get a second set. That is ridiculous to me! I do not want to wait weeks for a second set. If something happens to the one key, I am out of luck. Also, it was never disclosed until I finished signing the papers that I would have to have a temporary tag and I could not license my vehicle. I am sorry but I am extremely embarrassed to be driving around with a temporary tag. It looks like I cannot afford to pay my sales tax. The manager, Jason was extremely helpful and I appreciate his willingness to work with me. Our salesman left the dealership and left us hanging before we even signed the paperwork. We agreed to buy it and he ran off. We definitely felt that okay, we agreed to buy it, he received his commission and so there was no need for customer service or common curtesy. Buying a car happens daily at your dealership but for some, including myself, it is a rare occurrence and a big deal. Customer service and appreciation should be practiced. I am extremely unhappy with the way I was handled. If everything was disclosed upfront, I may not have purchased that particular vehicle. I definitely feel misled and uniformed. More
