Awesome Buying Experience with Salesman Lance Hammontree Totally enjoyed my experience at Dick Smith Hyundai with my salesperson Lance Hammontree who sold me my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT on Tues July28,15. Totally enjoyed my experience at Dick Smith Hyundai with my salesperson Lance Hammontree who sold me my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT on Tues July28,15. I love my new car, Lance went above and beyond in assuring my car buying experience was enjoyable and not stressful. Most car salesman pressure you but not Lance, his goal from the beginning was to make sure I was happy without pressuring me into purchasing a car. How many car salesman would come and get you from another state to help you get a car ? Well Lance was a true gentleman and came to my home and brought me to the dealership. He made sure I was comfortable in driving the car I was interested in .Even when I said well what if I decide not to get a car , how am I getting home and he said no problem I will drive you home. Again no pressure . I looked at several cars and was allowed to test drive them to my satisfaction. Again I was impressed by his kindness , he even bought me a drink and cookie when we went for a test drive, I was allowed to see how the car handled on the interstate. Most dealerships have you take a short test drive then they want you to sign on the dotted line, but not Lance he made sure I knew everything about the car I was interested in, Taking the time to go over all the features and answer any questions I had. He even made sure I got home safe. One more thing by the time we got to dealership it had closed but Lance and a few other people working there including the finance man Jason & Roy the General Manager & Tanya the Customer Support Specialist who also was awesome stayed and did not rush me . They even brought up the two cars I was debating about and went over each of the cars with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. So in conclusion if you are considering buying a new car, then I suggest and highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai and definitely ask for Lance Hammontree to be the salesman to show you cars.
