Both my wife and myself found him very easy to talk to, straight forward, knowledgeable and trustworthy to not have that bad car buying feeling. We both felt Scott made the buying experience positive. I can't say enough good things about him. The only negative part was going through the paperwork. I did not feel that I had a complete picture of the costs until after everything was complete. I did not feel that the extended warranty package was explained all that well (or maybe I missed something). I needed to return to the dealership later to go over the numbers with the finance agent again, because they were not clear to me and it was covered so fast. More
