Great experience We went to this dealership on a horrible day, weather wise and my daughter's one big request was that she wanted a white vehicle. We were immediately We went to this dealership on a horrible day, weather wise and my daughter's one big request was that she wanted a white vehicle. We were immediately greeted by Josh, who then introduced us to Scott. We took a test drive in the first car (I believe it was tan), came back, and as we'd requested a white Elantra was waiting right in front for us to look at. We then asked to drive an Elantra with a better interior package, and again, when we came back a white one was waiting for us to look at. It didn't matter what color vehicle we test drove, since we just wanted to get a feel of the vehicle itself, but knowing our daughter's desire, they would always have what she wanted specifically, waiting when we returned. They were up front, honest, and did everything they could to give us the best deal. Never ever were they pushy, or disrespectful in any way. Buying cars isn't the most fun thing to do, but I can tell you that for the first time ever, I enjoyed it, and was not frustrated one bit by the end of it! I would recommend this dealership 100%! More

George knew the Tucson well, and answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was quite efficient with the paperwork to close the deal. Josh came in earlier than his expected work time that day, and was very helpful and congenial, assisting us with the specifics of the purchase offer and deal. It was actually quite painless ! The financial advisor was flexible with my needs and was able to get me an affordable monthly rate, which I really appreciated. I was impressed with how big of a difference there was in customer service compared to the first dealership I visited in another town.
