Was disappointed that my wait time that I was using to crochet was disrupted by a salesperson who wanted to sell me a car. I wanted to continue crocheting but it was impossible. The appointment lasted much longer than it should have. 3 hours for the 7500 mile checkup and service was way too long. More

Service person was good (Chloe) but that's about where it stopped. They didn't catch the low coolant while doing the various inspections. Even though they told me that the brake fluid needed changed. (They'r stopped. They didn't catch the low coolant while doing the various inspections. Even though they told me that the brake fluid needed changed. (They're right next to each other) The prices for changing the air filters were absurd. I know they'll say that it's the labor not the part. However they took the time to take it out and take a picture of it. So where's the labor if they put in a new one. They put the old one back there's no charge make zero sense. Each one service was quoted at 50 plus dollars. The filters themselves cost around 15. This was after my oil change that I discovered the low coolant. They said they could take the car immediately back in and would look at it on Sunday. I asked if I could just bring it back on Sunday and they said well they don't have any spots available. Again scratching my head. They can take it and let it sit and have room for it on Sunday but can't take it on Sunday because they don't have room? Their reasoning was it's their policy. You should empower your people to think. It makes everybody happier and look better to the customers. More
