Poor communication between the service reps and clients. My time is valuable . I made an appointment and had to wait for a simple oil change . They quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour and 15 minutes the vehicle was still sitting by the front door . Unacceptable!!!! The rep should have updated me as to what was going on. The cigarette smoking which is prohibited is not being addressed. The so called refreshments was empty and the girl at the desk seemed to be annoyed that I asked her to fill up the bins More
The service advisor seemed like he was in a hurry. No matter what I mentioned he told me I could go buy it at the service department. After the car was ready, I took it through the 'car wash' which, No matter what I mentioned he told me I could go buy it at the service department. After the car was ready, I took it through the 'car wash' which, honestly, does NOT wash the car and doesn't even use soap. I never saw this before, but the guy in the car wash actually used a long handled black brush that he dipped in soapy water. When my son and I went to dry the car, we saw marks which we believe are from that brush. They wouldn't come out. My son. a fprmer mechanic, said they could be buffed out. There was also condensation by the headlamps, which I have also never seen. So we drove the car right back to service and my son told the advisor about what we found. He said they don't buff there. Isn't that kind of impossible for a service department??? He also said the condensation was normal. In other words, we took up valuable time w/our concerns. The worst part about this appointment is that over a week ago, I called to schedule an appointment and a recording asked me to leave my name and number and they would call me back. Guess what? A week went by and I never got a call back. I was able to schedule on line for a week later. What good is the offer to call me back when no one does it. The service was much much better when it was O'Brien Hyundai. I have owned a Hyundai since 2011. The BEST part of ANY experience I have there is when it involves my salesman Eli Civil. What a gem and gentleman. He is truly an asset to your dealership. More
