I've been extremely pleased with every visit. The staff is sure to explain everything that needed to be done, and they always wash and vacuum my car- complimentary. Although I negotiate contracts for a living I do not wish to negotiate for hours when buying a car and a fair profit margin to the dealership and manufacturer is understandable. Additionally, he listed to our needs/wants and steered us to the right options package. Mark Salvino made the finance experience painless, which I cannot say occurs at other dealerships. He presented the add-on services without any pressure, which was greatly appreciated, and explained the benefits of each package. Overall it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. More
