He never pressured us into a purchase, and he was patient with my cousin who has a slight disability. He helped my cousin set up the Hyundai apps for the car. A few days after my cousin drove her New Ionic 5 home, she had some difficulties with it. Erick went out of his way going “the second mile” to help her start up and drive this EV which is all new to her. Erick was so patient with her at the dealership during the car buying process answering all of her questions and explaining how everything worked. Erick was absolutely outstanding as a sales rep. We heartily recommend him to you if you’re looking into buying a Hyundai. More
