He was very patient with me and waited until I was ready to move forward (often you get bothered non-stop). I told him the guidelines I had for leasing a vehicle and he did all he could to work with me within those guidelines. Hyannis Honda is my go-to place for cars. I have had nothing but great experiences over the years with Honda products, service and personnel. Since the early '80s I have bought 5 cars from them. We live on the Outer Cape, 34 miles from the main branch in Hyannis, but there is now a small branch in Orleans for servicing so we don't have so far to go for what little servicing is needed. Very reliable cars. Our most recent purchase of a 2014 Accord was handled by an extremely knowledgeable young woman, Imane Sana Matton, who negotiated our generous trade-in and payment terms. We drove the new Accord out the same afternoon. We have nothing but praise for this business. More
