He was very patient answering all my questions and explained the Accord features to me. He told me to come back when I purchase a new Bluetooth phone and he will help me with the installation. I wrote a check and drove the car away the same day. Although Hyannis Honda could not match the free two year maintenance offer of another dealership or the lifetime drive train warranty, I felt the convenience of local service was more important in the end. I did receive a certificate for 50% off the first scheduled maintenance. I felt the purchase was hassle free and referred a friend who also bought from Peter. Recommended. More

Rick has a great blend of professionalism and friendliness, and he made my car buying experience run very smoothly. I was recently invited to trade in my 2013 for a 2014 V-6, and again Rick was terrific in securing the right car for me. I LOVED my 2013 and didn’t really want to give it up! Rick explained that my new 2014 would be just as good or even better. He also gave me two years free maintenance! Upon delivery, he was very helpful and he took the time to set up my phone and transfer all my speed dial numbers to the new car. He answered all of my questions, and telephoned me the next day to make sure I was adjusting to the 2014! Rick isn’t just a terrific salesman, he’s a terrific guy! What a way to spend an afternoon With two more months on my lease I was only looking for information; what I got was a new lease and a new car. Mike O'Neil had called suggesting my leased Honda was desirable as a used car since I had fewer than 13,000 miles on it. As a retiree and recent wash-ashore to Cape Cod, I only need a car for local trips and very occasional ones off Cape. I drive the car nearly every day but I don't put a lot of miles it. What I want is convenience and no worries. Hyannis Honda is less than a mile from where I live. Over the almost three years driving the Civic I've had no problems. My ineptitude at changing the clock when biannual time changes happen has been cheerfully handled by the service department. I'm vain enough to want a good looking car which the Civic is and frugal enough to want good gas mileage for my short-run traveling. Mike told me I could terminate my lease a little early. He presented a financial picture that works for me and soon I was choosing between red and blue. Not long after that I was sniffing that new car perfume and on my way home in a new Civic tuned by Mike to my favorite radio station. It took about three hours. More

I just bought my third Honda, trading in my SI and getting a 2014 CR-V :-) The whole deal start to finish was done in one day!! How?? easy, we had Miss Imane Sana Matton (sometimes called Amy)!! If you haven't met her then take it from me (a pastor) she is beyond words and is a pure delight to work with!! She made the whole transaction wonderful experience :-) I highly (no pun intended) recommend her!! A wonderful woman with great looks (some guys care about that stuff) and brains too!!
