We talked and got to know each other a bit and told me he could work out a price that worked for me and also crunch numbers for leasing, financing, different amounts down and anything else I needed to know. We kept in touch via cell phone at all hours and once I was ready he got my credit checked immediately and let me know if I could buy without a co-sign. Once I went back in I was given a chance to test drive the cars I found interesting and was told what kind of deals I could get. Everyone inside the dealership was very polite and accommodating and they were willing to work with me on when I could pick my car up. I ended up getting it at 10 at night because that was the only time that could work for me. This dealership and their employees go above and beyond for any potential customer. I would highly recommend going here. Plus if they don't have exactly what you want they will get it for you! More

Happy Honda Customer... almost 10 years now! I finally decided to trade in my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe for a new model. It was a tough decision though as the 05 Accord was my first ever new car. I finally decided to trade in my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe for a new model. It was a tough decision though as the 05 Accord was my first ever new car. I bought it brand new right off the lot, in September 2005 in San Francisco. And that car has been everywhere with me, all over the country. It was a good car, strong solid engine and sharp looking too. But it was time for an upgrade. I really just thought I was going to get the 05 Accord appraised, but I ended up test-driving the 2014 model and it was love at first sight. One thing led to another and a couple hours later I had completed the trade-in and was off in my brand new car. It was all relatively easy and painless. Everyone I talked with there was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy, and they answered all my questions. I have been a loyal Honda customer now for nearly a decade, and will remain so for years to come if the level of service at Honda remains unchanged. I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with Honda... both here in MA, and also in San Francisco and Palm Springs, CA. I love my car, I love Honda and I totally recommend Hyannis Honda Sales if you are looking for a new or used Honda. They will get you the best price for your trade in too. And if you already have a Honda, try Hyannis Honda Service Dept. for all your service needs. You won't be disappointed. And they get you in and out of there in a timely fashion... and there is a comfortable waiting area where you can relax, have some coffee and watch the big-screen TV until your car is ready, Or you can take advantage of their shuttle service and go run some errands or go to the mall. Long story short... Hyannis Honda continuously meets or exceeds my expectations. My only complaint, the traffic on Cape Cod can be brutal in the summer months. But if you gotta be stuck in traffic down there, might as well be in a comfortable, sexy new car! More
