Wonderful Service! I had been told I had a tailight out, so I called for an appointment. My service advisor, Joe Welch, was able to get me in quickly in just a couple of I had been told I had a tailight out, so I called for an appointment. My service advisor, Joe Welch, was able to get me in quickly in just a couple of days. Lo and behold, the technician could find nothing wrong with any of my lights. Yay! No one tried to sell me new lights that I didn't need. While there, I also got needed transmission and coolant flushes. Ford has set prices for basic services like these, making it easy to budget for them. Plus, when I bought my new tires from them at my last visit, my service advisor, Joe Welch, sent my rebate off for me. All I had to do was wait for it to come in the mail. It came lickety-split, and I had no problems using it. Nice! I love Hutcheson Ford! The way I see it is that if I take good care of my vehicle, it will take good care of me. My Explorer has been doing just that for almost 160,000 miles. I'm picky, I love my vehicle, and I won't go anywhere but to a Ford dealer. Hutcheson Ford is the dealer for me. More

We must have driven 5 or 6 vehicles on one of the hottest day in July every time we got in the AC was already running and welcoming to get into. Ron is well versed in his knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products. He took care of everything from getting an extra key programmed and an owners manual ordered to explaining all the little things the two of us asked about. The other personal we encountered made sure we where taken care of. I took advantage of the cold water and snacks that where on hand. Finalizing the deal Nathan Kemnitzer explained all our options and helped us compare and contrast the extended service agreements. It wasn't the most expensive contract either. More
