Heather, the service rep, was extremely thorough in describing what the issue where as well as working with me to figure out the timeframe things would be completed ( I dropped off my vehicle for the d describing what the issue where as well as working with me to figure out the timeframe things would be completed ( I dropped off my vehicle for the day) also I was given a ride home by their shuttle service and it was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had talking with anyone in a long time!!!! I said I had a coupon for an oil change which they honored. I had my baby in his carry on car seat while paying, next thing you know they pull the truck right to the door to make my exit easier.
