I had a great experience buying a 2026 Ford I worked with Steve who made me a very good deal on the car which was in production at the time. I was moving to IL from out of state and it was not at all convenient for me to make a special trip to pick it up. Steven indicated that was no problem and held the car for me, despite the strong demand during a time of high gas prices. After completing my move, I picked the car up one week after it was ready, as Steven promised. He was very good to work with throughout the process and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even setup a couple of things for me in the car (paired my phone, etc.) before I drove away with the car.
