I came all the way from Goshen, Indiana to check out a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali at Ford Huntley, and even with the long drive, I was genuinely excited from the start. From the moment I arrived, Nabeel 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali at Ford Huntley, and even with the long drive, I was genuinely excited from the start. From the moment I arrived, Nabeel made the entire experience absolutely worth it. He greeted me right away and was incredibly friendly, honest, patient, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and treated me with real professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the bank wasn’t able to approve me without a larger down payment, which I’m currently in the process of saving up for. Even though I wasn’t able to finalize the purchase this time, Nabeel still treated me exceptionally well and remained understanding and supportive the entire way through. That level of customer service and transparency is hard to find nowadays, and it left a lasting impression on me.
