Amazing experience. I got my quote for my 22 MX-5, a very hard car to find these days. Veronica was amazing to communicate with. Once there I was given the car for a tes I got my quote for my 22 MX-5, a very hard car to find these days. Veronica was amazing to communicate with. Once there I was given the car for a test run. When I got back I expected the typical change in price or added fee's not disclosed but to my surprise none of that happen. The quote stood firm. I was in and out in less than two hours and the majority of the time was the team showing me all the in's and outs of the car. These guys are fantastic. Thank you Veronica and team. More

Just had Apple CarPlay installed! Professional and friendly staff from start to finish. I was reminded of my upcoming appointment a day prior and notified of the progress of the insta Professional and friendly staff from start to finish. A visual check of my car was even uploaded to my device and the service(s) recommended in the future…A Service Advisor showed wifey the ropes on the installed product! Awesome job HB Mazda!!! More

Pre-Covid it was always stressful leasing or purchasing a car. The game playing, the dealing from the bottom of the deck, the lost hours at a dealership and driving home with what you came in. Run don’t walk to Huntington Beach Mazda and ask for Cooper Nelson. The guy is the best! Enthusiastic knows the product line, explained all the tech features, patient and has a sense of humor to boot. I was there for 2.5 hours and 30 minutes included returning my declared lemon to Subaru down the street. Tomorrow I will have had my 2022 CX5 for three weeks. Through the years I’ve tried making a deal for a Mazda and drove off with something else. It’s a great product but honestly the biggest selling point is this Mom and Pop dealership, Cooper Nelson and a shout out to Safue Alailima in Finance. Such a stress free process thanks to Cooper. He’s a good guy. More
