Everything from the initial contact thru the end sales experience was above and beyond the call. I came back and bought a new Mazda 3. Even the finance process was great! Jonathan from the finance department was straightforward and an honest person. I felt I could trust everything he said. I had a very good experience this time around. I originally went in to have my driver side headlight fixed. There is a gentleman by the name of John that I have dealt with before who ALWAYS takes GREAT CARE of me. Going for service when John is there has Always been a very pleasant experience. No pushy upselling, but always lets me know things to consider for my car, as it's 10+ years old and needs more & more "band aids" these days. This particular trip I decided to go look on their car lot while I waited because I had seen they had another, newer, used tribute I was interested in looking at because it was 4 cylinders, and beings the price of gas these days, I wanted to downsize engines, so I had to at least try it out while waiting. I met Ed Southfield, one of the Sales Reps, while poking my nose thru the windows to getter a better look at the car. Very pleasant gentleman, I felt at ease and didn't feel like I was dealing with a "used car salesman" Ed is the Epitome of what "used car salesman" SHOULD BE. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, just an all around nice guy. Not a pushy bone in his body, definitely a refreshing change of pace when shopping for a car. He took me out on the test drive, which was a very thorough test for the car, all different kinds of roads and speeds. Needless to say, Ed & his mgmt team were able to come to MY TERMS/Price on the newer tribute and I bought it. They got to keep my "just fixed" tribute and I took home the newer improved model. :) Probably one of the MOST Enjoyable car purchases I've ever been thru, and i've purchased MANY cars in my 50+ years. The best experience I have had buying a car. Everybody was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Both Joes were very honest with me, and even surprisingly trusting with the test drives. Not only did this dealership make buying a car a pleasant experience, they even drove me to their sister dealership to check out the inventory in that location - at no cost to me. This was very helpful as I am not from the area, and do not know my way around Orange county freeways. I am very happy with the car I bought, as well as the price they sold it to me for. If I ever am in the market for another Mazda, I will definitely return to this dealership. More
