Bait & Switch, Sleazy, rude, and waste of time A wasted day for two adults. I spoke to the salesman in the morning and made sure the truck was available and I agreed to pay the price they were adve A wasted day for two adults. I spoke to the salesman in the morning and made sure the truck was available and I agreed to pay the price they were advertising it for online. I drove two hours with another adult to pick up the car. When I arrived there around 4 PM the truck was waiting and the salesman took me for a ride in it. The truck was as advertised so we went inside to do the paperwork. That is when the nastiness and lying started. I declined their overpriced warranty program and other items they were trying to sell me. I came prepared to pay cash and leave with the truck. When the sales manager, Tim McDonnel, told me I needed to pay for it through his financing or walk away from the truck I knew I was in trouble. That was not stipulated in the ad or anywhere up until that point. This was a bait and switch move. Bait them in with something and then change the deal once they wasted their time coming in. They have everything to gain and nothing to lose by wasting your time so why not lie to get you into their store. That alone is reason enough to not do business with these people. Tim likes to act tough and not smile and just give you a hard time. He declined a bank check for the full price including tax and tags. The price advertised online and agreed to on the phone and on the test drive. Tim also declined my offer to drive up the street to the local bank and get a new bank check from them. He insisted I go get cash, over $30,000, 15 minutes before the bank closes. I phoned the bank and asked if they had $30,000 cash and they said no, they did not. I then asked Tim again if a bank check from that local bank would be okay and he said no. I needed to finance it through him. He was being rude and attempting to intimidated me. The guy was a real xxxxxx. This is classic old-school high-pressure intimidation sales. He wanted me to accept his crappy finanincing or walk from the deal. This was something I was not willing to do. I would not be doing business with Dirty Tim or the dealership he represented so I thanked the salesman, Raul, for his time and left the lot. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost. Unethical people doing unethical things. Don't wast your day driving out there, you will regret it. More

Steve stated repeatedly he had sold the car in question that very day, well I found it at the back of the lot. Came back the next day to cut a check and he gave me the same story. They were pushing Fords on me and I was there for the Honda Insight. #2 - they duped me into filling out a form, lied to my face repeatedly stating they would not run my credit and they did. When I called them to asked them to remove the inquiry Steve and Alex both mocked me and refused. --- I am so relieved I did not purchase my vehicle from this dishonest shady dealership. I went down to Honda Westminster and purchased my new vehicle with no hassle, no lies, no deception. More

I sent him an email that I am coming to the dealership for paperwork and buy it. I drove 35 miles with my family and was told Alex is not available. I was assigned a sales agent who didn't knew anything about the deal. I showed the emails and the GM rejected the numbers I was provided. GM threw the paper on the table and said - I should run my credit first and then he will give me new estimates. He was rude and arrogant. I walked out ...wasted 3 hours of my weekend time and had frustrated family. Guys - learn how to treat a client who is trying to buy a 50K vehicle from you guys. More
Your one of the good ones I have been a customer at hb ford for over 2 years. There was a mishap with my vehicle but the dealership told me they would fix it and they did. Everyone is friendly a lot of former military personnel in sales. I'm pretty sure I saw one in that movie Act of Valor but i'm not sure, yet that's neither here nor there. The fact is they made good on a situation that was unfortunate, and kept a promise. I'll be bringing the car back for its scheduled maintenance. If you enjoy being treated well, HB Ford may be a relief to an otherwise exhausting and possibly insulting vehicle purchasing nightmare. More

STEER CLEAR I am only giving one star because I have too. WORST dealership in the world. I purchase a 2012 edge 2 weeks ago it is in the shop needing a new starter, new brakes AND A NEW FUEL LINE when I pump gas the car pours gas from the fuel line and it is very hard for me to believe they didn't know about this issue prior to selling me the car. Not only do I now have issues with my 2 week year old car they charged me $1975 for "portfolio" my extended warranty they were giving me as a "Gift" these people are xxxx! When I went in too complain of course everyone scrambles and says OHHH I thought you knew you were being charged For that. NO I am sorry Mr. xxxxxxxx when someone tells me they're gifting me a warranty I assume I am not being charged! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! More
