The lack of communication at Joey Logano's Huntersville Ford is shocking. I dropped off my vehicle earlier this week, received notification about the work that was needed, and approved the repairs. After that, I didn't hear another word from anyone, including my service advisor, the lady advisor, until I contacted the dealership myself on Thursday. At no point was I informed that the required parts had to be ordered. A simple phone call, text, or message would have gone a long way. I even requested an update on Wednesday and never received a response. I finally heard on Friday that my vehicle was ready. When we went to the dealership on Saturday, I asked to speak with the service manager. I was told he was busy but would call me back. I never received that call. The owner of this dealership should look at their Services Department. The complete lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Customer service should include keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and following up when promised. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Joey Logano's Huntersville Ford for service. There used to be someone there who consistently communicated with customers and made the experience much better, but unfortunately I was told SHE is no longer at the dealership, so that level of service is no longer there.
