Cancelled at Last Minute I made an online service appointment on the Hughes Honda website. I then received two emails confirming my appointment. The day before the appoint I made an online service appointment on the Hughes Honda website. I then received two emails confirming my appointment. The day before the appointment at 4 PM, I received a call from the dealership telling me they were canceling the appointment. They refused to reschedule and were of no help whatsoever with my issue. I have decided to not give any dealership who is that rude anymore of my business. More

Hughes Honda checks my car from the front bumper to the back bumper and tells me about positive, neutral, and negative things that may cause problems. I'm given what I believe is the best possible preventative maintenance possible from Honda certified technicians. When I leave, I am confident that I am driving a well maintained, quality serviced vehicle that will give me thousands and thousands of more miles of quality service!!! More
