Went on line @( true car value?) to get an idea what was out there and at what price. Huebner's had the better starting price, so I said to myself, self why not take a drive down and see what they have to offer. We did. We met Katie (Hutchison) Petry, (a lovely young lady ) who spent the time necessary to find the car I described to her. Jackie DeWitt was our main salesperson, but Rob Forb My significant other and I just purchased a 2015 Legacy and a 2015 Outback from this dealership. Jackie DeWitt was our main salesperson, but Rob Forbes also assisted in Jackie's absence. Jackie tries to accommodate the customer in all aspects of car buying. She had sold both of us our last cars, so we knew she is great to deal with!! The finance department was also very helpful in getting a great rate for both of us. Rob Forbes was very knowledgeable about all the Outback features in Jackie's absence, even setting up the bluetooth phone connection for me. Everyone there is very friendly and made car buying , which can be a painful experience, very easy. I love Subaru's , as this is my 4th one, but I also would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!! More

We told her that we take a long time purchasing a vehicle and that we would check back with her again. A couple of times through the months she would give us a call if there was something she thought we might be interested in. About 10 months later we called her regarding a Chevy Traverse (which was not even one of the vehicles we originally started out looking at) Katie set up an appointment to see and drive the Traverse. Worked with us on questions etc. And after a couple of days we were thrilled to purchase the vehicle I had been wanting for some time. Katie is one of the most pleasant sales people we have dealt with and was never pushy or calling us all the time. Actually she admitted that after 10 months she thought we had probably already bought a car somewhere else. We told her that when we said we take a long time we meant it. If you want to have a relaxed buying experience call Huebner's and talk to Katie. There was no one at Huebner's that wasn't pleasant and nice. A very relaxed atmosphere. More
