The sales associates are absolutely unprofessional. They just try to put us on the spot and get a deal made through. Most of their certified cars have no proper CARFAX history. While I was searching for a car recently, I went to them, their cars were too pricy. When I told them that other dealers offer similar cars for less the Associate told me exactly this "Go around and **** with other dealers then". Is this something you expect from a good dealer. I am much happier with a newer Acura from Park Ave Acura. They are much more sophisticated than this dealer. Never go here. I have had bad experiences with the Service department as well. (I owned a Nissan Maxima earlier that i used to service here). More
I used to get my Maxima Serviced at this dealer. They always messed up my car and i had to go back and forth with the dealership to have my maxima fixed. Once they used aftermarket brakes when I had paid always messed up my car and i had to go back and forth with the dealership to have my maxima fixed. Once they used aftermarket brakes when I had paid for original brakes and when i got it checked up at a sears auto mall, they said they were aftermarket cheap brakes. The reason i went to sears was after replacing the brake pads at Hudson Nissan the brakes were making squeaking noise on reverse. Also they messed up my ECM when they replaced the throttle chamber, they messed up the Air Flow meter when they replaced and serviced ignition system & spark plugs. AVOID THIS DEALER at all cost. Their service is crappy. They never call us back to let us know on the status of our service. we have to keep calling them and find out. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER FOR SALES AND SERVICE BOTH. I have emails exchanged with this dealers on the various problems i faced. I folllowed up with Nissan Consumer Affairs and they said they will be taking actions against the dealer. More

I have spent nearly $25,000.00 on a car that cost just slightly over 15,000.00 i I take excellent care of my car and I am not just spouting hot air. I have spent nearly $25,000.00 on a car that cost just slightly over 15,000.00 in the 11 years that I have owned it. This car has been in a major accident (2002) where the entire front had to be reconstructed, it has taken me to nearly 200,000 miles and it still does 100 mph on the highway (I'll deny this if you tell a cop). It drives like a dream because I have never missed a maintenance, I have fixed everything that had to be fixed, changed every part that had to be changed, changed the oil to high mileage, and recently the gas to PLUS. For the first 4 years of my car's life my baby only went to Nissan, then it went to Midas who did quite a decent job. But when they ignored the fact that the Catalytic Converters they had put in my car were no good, I switched to Hudson Nissan. Hudson Nissan took my car that had been driving like a dream for over a decade, but had been mistreated so badly it wasn't running and brought it back to life. They were so good to me, it was beyond words. Even though they hadn't caused the problem they fixed everything. Yes, it cost me money but I have my car back. There is still one issue that was part of the mistreatment (by mistreatment, I mean money stolen from me and the work not done or done well), so I am taking it back to them tomorrow, Saturday, December 17, 2011. I know it will probably cost me money I can't afford but I am so grateful tp them. They gave me a luxury car to drive for 2 weeks, which was amazing in itself, while Midas who had cause 95% of the problem. bitched and moaned because they had to replace everything that was under warranty. In fact, I think that if it weren't for the fact that I had all my receipts (yes, I keep receipts for years in fact for decades) and that Midas had called to speak with them, I don't think they'd have honored the warranty. Yes, it's expensive especially for a mother of twins in college (University of Pennsylvania and Vassar College, respectively), who doesn't make very much. It has been tough but I am very grateful because it is my intention to drive this car for a long time to come, God willing since I can't afford another car any time in the foreseeable future. Your team,. Don Espinal, Reggie (the mechanic), and Mike Neglia (the manager) are miracle workers. They worked with me and tried whenever they could to not overcharge me. They are splendiferous and generally great guys. More

Overall service & salesmanship was very good, beginning with Receptionist, Salesman Jorge Fernandez, Sales Manager Mr. S. & finally Mr. isaias Ramos Finance Manager. The other Personnel who hand beginning with Receptionist, Salesman Jorge Fernandez, Sales Manager Mr. S. & finally Mr. isaias Ramos Finance Manager. Jerimiah was very patient with me and took the time to listen to what i wanted rather than to just try and sell me a car. He spent several hours with me and was always very pleasant even though i kept te listen to what i wanted rather than to just try and sell me a car. He went above and beyond to make sure i left there fully satisfied with my purchase. He even accomadated me with a loaner that he brought to me when there was a slight delay in obtaining my plates. Isias Ramos was very helpful with the financing. i don't have the best credit and he did his best to get me a good rate. I walked into Nissan Hudson thinking I could never get a car and walked out with exactly what i wanted at a rate that impressed me given my credit history. I high reccomend this team. More
My experience was actually with Hudson Chrysler and it was a very good one. The dealer that I worked with was Julio Perez and he had a great personality.
