After visiting a several dealerships over the last week or so and feeling consistently frustrated we found ourselves at Hudson Hyundai in Jersey City, NJ, today. Initial impression - busy dealership! We had called in advance to set up an appointment with a member of the sales team and checked in. Almost immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Charles Harris, who has a bit of a country south drawl. He offered us a seat and asked what brought us in. My wife was interested in a black Palisade SUV that she had viewed online and it happened to be parked at the front of the store with several customers showing interest as we pulled up. It was one of only 2 Palisades available at this location today. Long story short, Charles was truly fantastic and not only secured the truck for us but also got us a pretty good deal on financing as well. He was truly a pleasure to do business with and didn’t over complicate or try to pressure a sale. I would definitely recommend working with Charles if you have interest in a new Hyundai. More
