Justin's down to earth approach made it even easier to come and ask questions concerning the car that I was looking to purchase and even helped me get a better offer for the vehicle I had to trade to lower the asking price for the Accent that I was interested in. In overall, every time I come to the dealership Mr. Ramos is always forth coming and attentive to the needs of his customers and that is why I am writing this review today. I originally went to this dealership because it is the city where I work. Once there I met Rod Mallari the sales person. He explained all my options and made it very easy to understand. I actually signed the deal for a lease that day, Again Rod took a lot of time to explain all the features on the car and set up my bluetooth. My wife who had been used to driving much more expensive cars( Audi convertible ) really liked driving my car. When it was time for her to lease a new car she actually said she wanted another Sonata. This helped us financially since we saved an enormous amount of money per month. She also saw how easy the service visits were for me and how Rod continually followed up on any small problems. I have recommended Hyundai and Rod to quite a few of my friends. I just wanted to tell you I have been leasing cars for about 25 years now and this has been my best experience with a car dealership! The call backs after I brought the car and even after it has been couple of month they call back to make sure everything is good and I am satisfied. I recommend this dealer to everyone out there! Specially the sales guys Luis, was the most understanding and true to his word guy. He said the price included everything and when something came up and his manager was asking for extra money telling me the price didn't include that, I called Luis and he made sure he was right to his words and made me happy.
