Anyone trying to buy a Hyundai beware of these SCAM ARTISTS!!! I have never in my life experienced such a disgusting experience while dealing with a dealership. When you lease a car in the state of N ARTISTS!!! I have never in my life experienced such a disgusting experience while dealing with a dealership. When you lease a car in the state of NY and NJ you have Gap Insurance included with the car. When we Leased our car the business manager pressured us to buy GAP Insurance (at the time I didnt know that it was already included) because once we left the dealership we were not able to get that insurance. Come to find out from Hyundai Cooperate office that we already had that type of insurance included with our lease. I went to the dealership and a representative checked the computer and saw that instead of GAP insurance what we really had was an alarm (mind me the car already has an alarm) and a maintance package. RENIR MADE US SIGN A FORM FOR GAP INSURANCE NOT AN ALARM OR MAINTANCE. I went to the dealership to get a refund and until this day I have not received my money back when they told me it was going to take about 4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks already. I call the manager and he never returns my calls. DONT LET THESE SCAM ARTISTS FOOL YOU INTO BUYING GAP INSURANCE AS IT IS ALREADY IN YOUR LEASE!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE DONE IT TO OTHER PEOPLE!!! I WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND MY ENEMY TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! PLAIN AND SIMPLE DISGUSTING!!! More

Out of State buyers BEWARE of their wickedness. I saw the listing and traveled 1,000 miles to buy this vehicle. I asked them to send some photos as they were not uploaded. When I reached their place I was sh listing and traveled 1,000 miles to buy this vehicle. I asked them to send some photos as they were not uploaded. When I reached their place I was shocked to see dents/scratches and the interior was not clean. They sent photos from the better side and they didnt even mention about scratches/dents. Keme the sales guy said it is regular wear & tear. BEWARE dont waste time visiting this guys. Total RIP OFF More

1. The finance officer was trying to rip by using lies to sell all those gap and excessive wear and tear. 2. The MSRP looks cheap but the price jacks up especially when leasing. 3. I got the tires w/ 45-47 psi w/c I had almost an accident 3 times in a week. 4. The tire deflated for no reason. After a month, same tire deflated without puncture. 5. The service department scheduled my appointment for the next week just for the tire service knowing that I had the sealant in my tire. In Hyundai manual, it says to go to the dealer ASAP because tire w/ sealant is not safe to drive. 6. Cheap car brand has a cheap service regardless how they make the models look like euro cars! More

I was expecting the staff to be your typical salesmen however i had a great salesman(Mohamed). He was very polite and worked with me in every detail to see that I was pleased. I would reccomend this place and the salesman I had as they did not talk down to me, being a women.They are very willing to work with you and help find a vehicle for you that fits with your budget.
