Buy at your own risk! I financed a car on 2/20/2023. I have gone 4 times to get it fixed since I took it out of the lot. I parked the car and when I went to turn it on, it I financed a car on 2/20/2023. I have gone 4 times to get it fixed since I took it out of the lot. I parked the car and when I went to turn it on, it did not start. I had to get it towed. When I took it to get inspected the reader identified that it had issues, I took it back they said “if it is running nothing needs to be done”. Most recently, I went back since now I have the CHECK ENGINE light on after owning the car for only 10 months, they said it’s not covered by my extended warranty or by another warranty the car has, and are charging me 2,300 apart from the car note that is still 20,000. Now I’m stuck with a lemon! Don’t step foot in that place if you don’t want to get robbed for your money. Very pleasant and persistent to get your money, but you literally have to argue with them to get help. So disappointed!! More

I purchased my vehicle from Hudson Honda about six months ago and brought it in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I made my appointment for 7 AM and promptly dropped off my vehicle. The service adv ago and brought it in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I made my appointment for 7 AM and promptly dropped off my vehicle. The service advisor then told me that they actually don't start working on vehicles until 7:30 AM and that my vehicle would probably take two hours which seemed quite excessive for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was very nice and attempted to get someone to start working on my vehicle ahead of time which they seem to do because my vehicle was ready for me after about an hour at around 8 AM . Unfortunately, about three weeks prior I was involved in a small minor accident, which left a very noticeable and identifiable mark on my passenger side rim. So when I got home, I was very surprised to still see that tire in the same place as when I left. Turns out Hudson Honda said that they did a tire rotation but never actually completed it. The shop seems to charge for work and then never actually do it, and it makes me wonder if they even changed the oil in my vehicle. I would definitely recommend going to a different dealership for service and because of this experience, I will never buy a vehicle from them again. More
