Even the used vehicles were treated as if they were brand new and the inspections they do on them are very detailed. Nothing leaves the lot unless it’s in top notch order. I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple. If you are in need of a new or used car, or just service on any FoMoCo product, I’d highly recommend this dealer. More

I see him bring the paperwork and the key to the service desk and then even though I was the only one in either waiting room, I sit and for some reason have to wait to be called up to pay and get my keys back. This occasion I waiting about 10 mins, but at least I had entertainment...This time there were 4 service technician people chatting with a girl employee behind the counter. They were laughting and leaning on the counter. In fact when I did finally get called up to the counter, the gentleman employee needed to ask one of the counter leaners to please move over to let me in. Maybe a little lesson in customer service would be in line for the younger, less experienced employees. The service I have done on my car is always done correct. I love my Ford Escape and I will not stop coming to Hudson Ford because of my service experiences...but you asked for comments so now you've got mine. Thanks for asking. More

My purchasing experience was pleasant. Brian was very helpful and answered all my questions. Although, I was presented with $1,000 more than I expected to pay as they use deceptive sale hanging tags for helpful and answered all my questions. The lowest price if all types of rebates apply is presented, not the REAL price all qualify for. I know many people that are very happy with this dealership. I hope I continue to be also. I have not used the service department. I bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago and am quite pleased. I like that Ford provides video tutorials online that are fantastic as well. More
