I was very leery of buying a used car from a dealer because I had a very bad experience at The White Bear lake Superstore, in Minnesota. A friend recommended T try the Ford dealership in Hudson because she and her now deceased husband bought most of their vehicles there and had great success with them. She also trusted this Ford dealership. I was recently divorced, had little money and needed a vehicle that would last, get great gas mileage to transport my kids and myself, and I needed to be able to get dependable service and a fair trade on my older vehicle. The Ford Hudson dealership here was very friendly and supportive. They were also very helpful, especially Jaimie Rich. He sat in the car with me and answered questions I had about my purchase. I also felt they were honest with me and that I could go back to Hudson Ford and to Jaimie Rich to get service maintenance without getting raked over the coals. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Rich to anyone who is "out there", on their own! More

We purchased a Ford Focus this past weekend at Hudson Ford. What an awesome experience. We had purchased several vehicles with Dave Holt Ford and was leary at first about dealing with a large dealer. She did her homework and when my wife and I came back the next day, she had several vehicles in mind for us. Once my wife drove the Focus that we purchased though, she was sold on that one. The rest of the purchasing process went very smooth. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle from them. Levi walked us through the financing process with ease. This had always been a point of unease when we had purchased vehicles from other dealers besides Dave Holt and Hudson Ford. My wife walked away stating "wow, that was pretty simple." I would recommend Hudson Ford to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. More

We purchased a new truck this summer with a $1000 rebate to finance with Ford Credit. Our first impression of the store was great- very friendly and our transactional needs were met. The salesman and finance gal asked us to keep the loan 90 days, and they would refinance us or we could go thru our credit union. I asked if we could refinance it sooner and was told "no". A couple weeks later, I left a message for the finance gal. A week later, I called again and was told she had left the organization, so message may not have been received. I was then directed to leave a message for Tom B, the sales manager, who never called me back either. My wife called the 800 number on our Ford Credit contract to find out if there was a pre-payment penalty on the $1000. We ended up refinancing within the first month at our credit union. My wife and I were very disappointed with the lack of communication and apparent disorganization within the store. We live near the store, but work in the city. There are lots of other options for us to service and purchase a vehicle next time as we feel very put-off by the "after-care" of buying a vehicle from this dealer. More
