Hudson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I go to Hudson Chrysler for all of my car services. I don’t know what changed but it is definitely different! And not in a good way. It took me over 20 minutes just to make an oil change appointment. This time there were so many questions that had nothing to do with my car! I was at work and didn’t have time for that! I wanted to bring my car in the morning and get a ride to work like I have done in the past but thought if it takes this long to make an appointment how long is it going to take to arrange a ride with the shuttle! I am used to a timely manner at Hudson Chrysler and it is no longer with the “new” way of doing things. It was nice however to be able to pay the bill at the service counter and not have to go to the receptionist desk in the front of the dealership. More

The workers were very courteous and explained what they were doing. I was in to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced. Next day I had a grinding noise. Took it in to mechanic only to discover my pistons were shot. We came to this dealership as we were interested in purchasing a Grand Cherokee, and found a good assortment of these used & new available. Gabe approached us out in the lot while we were just doing w purchasing a Grand Cherokee, and found a good assortment of these used & new available. Gabe approached us out in the lot while we were just doing walk-by as we had not yet entered the store, was very knowledgeable, very professional, and able to guide us to narrowing down our choices based on our needs. He was patient, did not pressure us, and was very attentive without being intrusive. Gabe is buoyant and simply a joy to work with, we liked and trusted him immediately! We ultimately did buy a Grand Cherokee, and Gabe as well as General Manager Ken both made it go very smoothly, which is so greatly appreciated when one is committing to such a large purchase. My last SUV was from 2001 and much has changed since then, but Gabe patiently took a great deal of time in the car with me showing me every feature, reviewing the features until I felt comfortable. Gabe did check in with me over the next several days after I drove the Grand Cherokee off the lot to see if I had questions, and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He made sure I knew I could always call him or pop in for him to address any questions or issues that may arise. I would definitely trust Gabe and this dealership with any future automobile purchases! More
