We were told of the "Customer for Life" oil change special of $18.99 but that ours would be slightly higher due to the Lexus brand requiring a different oil. We were fine with that. The first oil change cost us around $28. The next oil change was about $35. The next was $58 and was told that they changed oil which caused the price jump. (We were not told of the oil change or given the option to decline.) There was no other service completed than the oil change. I contacted the salesperson who sold us our vehicle inquiring as to their "$18.99 Oil Change for Life" policy and questioned the almost tripling of price. We decided one last time for an oil change and this time an oil gasket was needed which raised the price to over $60. We were told that the type of oil they are using was changed again causing the price increase. We will not be using Huber Automotive for any future oil changes. More

Pleasant buying experience. They are auto pros, very honest. They were very easy to work with. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from them and will not be the last.
