Kyle C and the sales team, and service team, were extremely friendly. Update 3/8/19. I purchased this car a week ago and thought everything was fine. Come to find out yesterday, the bank was unable to verify my employment. I gave direct names, including a direct phone number for my supervisor. Today, 3/8/19, I received a call that they couldn't do the title on my trade. My car was registered in TX but is titled in Minnesota. I have since lost the title, requested last Thursday to complete the lost title document that needs to be filled in MN. I was told it was fine and that I didn't need to complete that since my car was registered in TX. Now, after almost an hour long phone call, because I refuse to pay additional funds for this transaction, I have to go out of my way to sign the duplicate title next week. I am extremely disappointed at this point. If I didn't really like the Malibu, I would be bringing it back. I've always brought my cruze in for service here, even when they were under a different owner. I was sad to see Ashley and Jaclyn are no longer there, but Amanda was just as friendly. She was honest and up front about the repairs my car needed. I bugged her multiple times about the different parts and breakdown of the estimate and she was very helpful. It never felt like I was annoying her with the multiple contacts. Due to the high cost of what my car needed done, even if I would have gone to a regular mechanic, I ended up just trading my car in on a new Malibu. I dealt with Kyle H, Kyle C, and Jessica K with buying the new car. They were very personable, asked many questions to ensure it was the car that I wanted and, that it would meet my needs. Through the entire process, they were readily available to answer any and all questions I had. This includes the many "how much longer"s. I've had many cars over the years and dealt with many dealers and I was very impressed with how quick this was done. I will definitely be going back here for my next car. More

The repair was done quickly and again when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were ready for me and I was in and out. The final amount paid was the exact amount I was quoted. That efficiency is much appreciated. More

Parts availablilty problems I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a one hour job for a common problem ( service air bag light). Due to the delay in the arrival of t I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a one hour job for a common problem ( service air bag light). Due to the delay in the arrival of the part it took 4 days to complete the job. I was then without my vehicle for this entire time. I was fortunate that I had asked for a vehicle to borrow for the day and they had one available. Had I not asked, I would not have had a vehicle at all. The employees at the service office were friendly however I had to call each day to find out if they had received the part and if it was done at the end of the day. The biggest problem I saw was what seemed to be beyond their control and more an issue with the parts and delivery of the parts to this location More
