Car Trouble We are from Iowa and we were headed to a basketball tournament in St. Paul when all of a sudden my car said "engine power reduced". I couldn't go fast We are from Iowa and we were headed to a basketball tournament in St. Paul when all of a sudden my car said "engine power reduced". I couldn't go faster than 47mph and as slow as 28mph on I35 during while it was heavily snowing. We called and explained what was going on and we were told just to get there and to not stop the car. We arrived at 5:15pm (they closed at 5) and they got my car into the service area and gave us a loaner car which they said they don't normally do/have. This was on a Friday and by Saturday at 9am I got a call that they had figured out what was wrong and had it fixed by 11am. The service here was absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have asked for anything better being a couple hours away from home. Thank you so much to all who helped! More

Stranded in Owatona I was on a trip to southern Minnesota and in Owatona my 2014 Suburban started making noise on the drivers side front end. I pulled into the House Che I was on a trip to southern Minnesota and in Owatona my 2014 Suburban started making noise on the drivers side front end. I pulled into the House Chevrolet service department. Talked to a service advisor and they had my rig in within 30-40 minutes. They replaced the wheel bearing and I was on the road in about 2 1/2 hours total. I couldn’t ask for more. They did a great job! Thank you for helping a guy from Two Harbors, Mn out! More
