We dealt a few times with Mr. Bauman, the General Manager, and found him most polite and helpful. But we dealt mostly with Ms. Barbara Bloss. Barbara is super! Even when it seemed we wanted to buy a bigger car from Chevrolet, and other folks would have got upset at our fussiness, not these guys. Barbara's professionalism drew us back to Kia.
