I sincerely apologize for the extended wait time during your express service visit and for the lack of communication regarding your vehicle being completed. That’s not the experience we want our customers to have, especially when you have an appointment scheduled. I also understand your concern regarding the $10 discount. Based on your review, it appears there may have been a discrepancy, and I would like the opportunity to personally review your transaction and make this right. Unfortunately, I’m unable to locate your visit using a username alone.
