I talk to you all hurdle I passed through for buying car and very poor trade in value compared to Kelly's book as sign says in your showroom,delay in excess down payment refund,brand new car warming lights comes on dash board,more milage and many more thing as I mention in my few emails including Chris rude behavior by hanging my phone call and then Mr.Barron same way v.surprize of this kind of customer service I think you are quite aware of all this.
