I had been to dealership at least 6 to seven times and express my concern to various level so you know and make better experience for customer, unfortunately my same concern repeats again all services on paper and talk I do not see follow up or improvement in follow up visits. As i told u ,email,text good service deliver will get five stars not the nice words. Sorry to be harsh ,after so much correspond and promises northing improvement or response personally by email or text or phone calls on the other hand two most responsible staff members one of which asking about how is your experience at dealer while talking hangs up because he do not want hear my experience except good review very strange,I am still thinking what kind of customer service is this?

Robert I met you couple of times and you know all my concerns about buying car from you ,I have mention to you all guys including platform manager. And he promise me by email my refund xx for more down payment will expedite. 10 days ago and it is almost more then 20 days since i sign for extra down payment refund but I did not see refund yet. I text Mr.Martinaz yesterday no response . Kindly pl.you look in to it? And let me know status of it. I really feel extrey sorry to expose your service but sorry I see no improve ment since last 35 days talking to you guys in all level, it's shame but I think it's my bad luck I came to you instead going to other dealership I bought car last time. As a Honda lover I thought I will get same kind of service as I got in past 40 yrs in different dealership.
