Thinking that my prior authorization number issued last July would be good, I called your dealership, talked with Kenny Gess and set up an appointment to met with him on the 20th. Then contacted Costco for a new number only to discover that your dealership wasn't honoring it for the 2011 Honda CRV. I called to cancel appointment and subsquently talked with Dan Ngo who was surprised to hear this. He contacted Costco and obtained a new number for us. We were able to keep the original appointment and appreciated the "low pressure" treatment from Kenny. Mehdi gave us excellent financial advice and a great interest rate on our loan. More

Both Bob and Koushi were exceptional, even Darnell who helped with the sale. I am very very pleased with their service. The only minor negative was during the final paperwork with the Finance guy. I declined the extended warranty and was continually tried to change my mind. I understand they have an obligation to upsell the customer, but after a bunch of times declining the service the finance guy made me feel stupid for not getting it by stating, "you just bought a 40$K car and you DONT want this cioverage?!?" Look, I have bought a few cars in the past and this upsale of the extended warranty is the worst part of the purchasing experience and each time it has been with Honda. Please, Please rethink how you approach the upsale of the extended warranty. The rest of the experience was very very smooth. Thank You More
