Easy buying experience with a respectable staff! I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He did a good job UNTIL, he got my Deposit!! Car was delivered, NO organization, only 1 KEY brought, which didn't have remote entry, ALARM would go off each time opened car door!! Paperwork promised to be overnighted, it's been WEEKS, still no paperwork that I signed at delivery. Dealership seems to have NO Ethics as to what is promised, Money is their Only focus. "Proceed with Caution" if purchasing there!!! Car, very pleased with, thankfully!! What a nightmare my experience has been.. Even the employee who delivered my vehicle, couldn't believe what he witnessed... Not even a phone call from "any" manager to apologize!! More
