He took the time to explain all the costs and fees to me as this was my first time buying a new car. Afterwards he also walked me through the set up of my new car, all the tech features and how to do things safely. He was extremely patient with me as I first came in 5 months prior to purchasing the car (I had cold feet). Would highly recommend Michael, he really does a great job and cares!
