He was referred to me by my brother (who bought a car last year with Michael) I called him the day before to check on the availability of the car that I see online and I drove all the way next day from Saint Petersburg to Sarasota to meet him. You won't be disappointed when you see the parking lot. Huge selection of cars especially if you look for a Honda. I can't say enough about Michael attitude when dealing with customer. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to bend for a deal. For me, the best part of his selling process is explaining. He explains in details how he comes up with the selling price and why he would pay for the trade-in (by the way, the trade in price was very close with Kelly Blue Book quote). Everything is clear, no hiding and no pressure. Michael is detailed-oriented and very organized. He called me the day before to arrange the car delivery and texted me the name of the driver and his phone number just in case...I wouldn't mind driving down again to WildeHonda in Sarasota if I need another car in the future.
