Quick & Helpful I took my car for its first oil change even tho' I had not bought it at this dealership. Bill - who works for Parts at Salem Honda I called Honda of Salem on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016 and a man named Bill who answered the phone was very rude. I mean horrible customer service!!! I was looking for parts of my car and ask what's the Brand name of the parts was and he raised his voice and said, "I DON'T KNOW, IT'S A HONDA BRAND!" which my was a reasonable answer but RUDE of him because he really seems to try to intimidate me. I will NEVER buy or bother this place again and this RUDE person that they have behind that parts desk. More

Best two words to describe these guys RUDE and MISLEADING I get a car isn't yours until you sign papers but at least call the person you have been working with for 2 days and tell them the car sold, don't I get a car isn't yours until you sign papers but at least call the person you have been working with for 2 days and tell them the car sold, don't make them drive 45 min in with two kids. They went to run my credit check I asked for my father to get to see the car while we waited, the sales guy then picks ups a phone that never rang or lite up and says "Oh know the car sold this morning" Okay, if that's the case why were you going to run my credit report. They then didn't want to give me any of my paperwork back that had all my personal information on it. I would not recommend these guys to anyone!!! In today's world being a bad person is way to easy, Lets strive to not give in to these kinds of places we have 1000's of places to get a car these days. Its to easy for a business to say it isn't personal, well guess what it is. My family is riding in this car and hard earned my money is paying for it. More
