Amazing! Helped us get the car we wanted, and only that car. Sean was amazing from the start of first contacting him. It took about a week of figuring both sides out to where we both were happy and we just signed the papers on our new car today. We never felt pressured, he never tried to sell us another car because he understood we weren’t interested in another car. He completely respected us, what we offered and our time. It made it incredibly easy to meet him half way with an offer and buy the vehicle through him. I would recommend him 100% as he’s not just trying to sell you any car, he wants you to find the car for you and make it happen. He respects what you say and doesn’t push for anything else. we are extremely grateful to have found him and will go with him for any car buying from now on, we also would recommend him to friends and family as well. More

Was told my car was worth way less than blue book. Was told by two sales staff they were selling my car and shipping it out the next day. None of it was true. The car I traded in is for sale on their lot. Had to firmly restate I wouldn’t buy the extended warranty for 2,400. Even still, he left it in and tried several other tactics to get me to buy. More

Really great service, laid back and not stressful but One day I was at work just browsing other car dealerships stock (I work at another dealership as a tech) and I decided to check Lithia's stock because One day I was at work just browsing other car dealerships stock (I work at another dealership as a tech) and I decided to check Lithia's stock because they're quite a large dealership. I came across a 2004 Jeep Wrangler that was really clean and looked like it hadn't been abused so I decided after work my buddy and I would drive down to check it out. We got there and got out of the car checked it out and it seemed to check out. Their staff was pretty busy and didn't think I was going to get a chance to test drive that night, one of the finance guys actually came out to help and got us in the car and going I was kinda shocked a finance guy would leave his office for this. I liked the car and started the buying process and Wesley Dawn was awesome salesman to deal with, answered all my questions very laid back and not stressful buying process at all. He handled the negotiations very well and was not rude and able to work a deal I found acceptable! Now comes the but... Driving home from the dealer the seatbelt light comes on, no big deal probably just a seatbelt sensor or airbag i'll scan it when I take it to work the next day. Driving to work the next day I start to hear this god aweful whirring sound, get to work open the hood my water pump bearing has gone bad (also the seatbelt light was just the driver seatbelt sensor). I called and told him everything that has gone on, can't do anything for me says I signed the paper as is. Also forgot to put the temporary plate on the car... I've had the Jeep 2 weeks now and the sway bar link has sheared off and 2nd gear is slipping which someone changed the fluid recently (I wonder why). Just do your due diligence just because it's a big dealer doesnt mean they won't sell a junker. More

Although I could have made an appointment, I like being able to come in for an oil change without one. Have appreciated the service at this dealership for many years. More
Run! Hide! Avoid at all costs! Purchased a used vehicle which reportedly had a pre-sale inspection. There is no service done, and the vehicle is fraudulently represented as mechanically sound. Don't trust a word they say! The true "car salesman is lying if his lips are moving" situation. Star ratings need to have a 0 option! More

My wife, they are more talkative because so is she. They adapt to the customer experience and how the customer wants their service.
