No after sales customer service I bought a brand new Honda Pilot here about 3 and half weeks ago. It broke down while I was about 2 hours away from home. I called the dealership to s I bought a brand new Honda Pilot here about 3 and half weeks ago. It broke down while I was about 2 hours away from home. I called the dealership to see if they were able to at least get it towed to Oregon, because Honda would only tow it to 25 miles within the area of where it broke down. However, I was told that "it was my problem", "they only sell cars", "they don't care". I spoke with John the sales person, and when I expressed my frustration around a BRAND NEW car breaking down without any warning, he just said it was my problem to deal with and it has nothing to do with him. I don't appreciate the way I had been treated especially after spending over 40,000.00 on a car that I expected to run without problems for longer than 3 and half weeks. Please do NOT buy from this dealership, they truly only care about the initial sale and getting your money. Once you drive off that lot you are SOL when it comes to any defective cars they may have sold you. More
