Top Notch Customer Service I brought my car in for an oil change. As usual, our service rep was responsive and very attentive to meeting our needs in servicing the car. Because I brought my car in for an oil change. As usual, our service rep was responsive and very attentive to meeting our needs in servicing the car. Because my wife uses a walker, after service was completed he moved the car to a space that minimized the distance that she had to walk. He also accompanied us to the car to provide assistance. Today’s experience made us feel like we were VIP’s. As senior citizens, we deeply appreciate this excellent customer service.
