I inquired if their pricing was legit, quickly discovering it was. Even better, they didn’t try to hassle me for more money or try and sell me items I did not need. When I was about to back out due to the distance (approx 2 hrs) required to drive to the dealership, my sales rep, David Valadez, offered to drive the car to me... as in to my front door! I think I signed about 8 pieces of paper and was done - how awesome it was!! Thank you David, I appreciate your time and efforts... Extremely Helpful On Monday morning I emailed Caitlin asking her if she could keep an eye out for used vehicles with third row seating within our budget. In less than a On Monday morning I emailed Caitlin asking her if she could keep an eye out for used vehicles with third row seating within our budget. In less than an hour and a half she had sent me seven possibilities at various Key locations. Wednesday I asked her if I could test drive a vehicle at the Rutland location and within hours we were test driving one of the vehicles. The vehicle we test drove was not exactly what we were looking for so Caitlin suggested we look at a 2016 Honda Pilot. The Pilot was exactly what we were looking for and then some and Caitlin was able to make this work within our budget. This is the third vehicle I have purchased at this location and from Caitlin and I will not go anywhere else. She has always gone above and beyond for me and figured out a vehicle that will work for what I am looking for and what I can afford. She is trustworthy and incredibly prompt in her responses.
